President - Tamanna Akter
Tamanna is currently working as Continuous Improvement Expert at Amazon, supporting the improvement of customer service agents’ stress level. She has graduated from Purdue University with both BSc’13 (Organizational Leadership and Supervision) and MSc’15 (Industrial Engineering Technology). She has been an active member of SWE for the past few years. She also served as the Vice President of SWE SCMI in FY19 and as an Event Coordinator the year before. With pandemic slowing things down, Tamanna is looking forward to bringing back the momentum, engagement and activities, SCMI section is set to do.

Vice President - Gabriela Radulescu
Gabriela is currently a Technical Specialist – Mechanical Actuation Subject Matter Expert with Eaton Corp in Marshall, MI. She has over 20 years of experience in product development in Automotive business. Gabriela graduated with a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Transilvania Brasov, Romania , and MBA from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, MI. She is a proud mother of two sons, 27 and 20 years old, following her and their father in the engineering field. Gabriela served as the SCMI SWE VP this past year and participated in SWE local and national events in the past 7 years. She is looking forward to continuing the VP role and building more local connections in SWE.

Treasurer - Ashley Koeplin
Ashley is currently a Supplier Quality Engineer with Solvay and has been with the company since 2016. She graduated from Purdue University in 2014 with a BS in Chemical Engineering. Ashley lives in Plainwell with her husband, 1 year old daughter, and their dog Piper. She has held a variety of positions within SWE both in college and at the National level, and has served as the SCMI SWE Treasurer since 2020. Ashley looks forward to continuing on as Treasurer in FY23 and getting back to more in-person meetings!

Secretary - Doris Moreno-Maldonado
Doris is currently a Packaging Engineer In the North America Engineering group at Kellogg's. She holds a BSc in Biotechnology Engineering with a minor in Process Engineering. She has 7 years of experience working across Supply Chain and R&D in the food and medical device industries. Doris is from Mexico and has also lived in France and the US, coincidentally she speaks English, Spanish and French. She has always been passionate and active leading STEM, Young Professional and ED&I initiatives within the ERGs of companies she has worked at. She moved to Kalamazoo early this year and loves all outdoor activities & winter sports, hence she loves Michigan. Doris is looking forward to helping build a stronger community for SCMI SWE this new year!
